How the work runs

A defined question. A documented result.

  1. Define the work

We discuss the decision, deadline, available records, and who will review the result. We define the engagement in writing before work begins.

  2. Examine the options

We work from your records, state the assumptions, and identify gaps. We compare the options relevant to the question rather than leave the reasoning unexplained.

  3. We handle the work

You receive the work defined in the engagement, such as a study with supporting tables, a grant application, or training materials. We explain the reasoning and the limits of the work.
